PAUD yang berada di Dusun I Desa Negeri Ratu Baru merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang melayani anak usia dini sebagai tahap awal dalam pembentukan karakter, kreativitas, dan kecerdasan anak. Melalui kegiatan belajar yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan edukatif, PAUD ini membantu anak-anak dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik, sosial, emosional, serta nilai-nilai moral sejak dini.
2. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) – Dusun II
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) yang berada di Dusun II merupakan lembaga pendidikan dasar yang memadukan pembelajaran umum dan pendidikan keagamaan. MI berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berilmu, berakhlak mulia, serta memiliki landasan keimanan yang kuat.
Pemerintah Desa Negeri Ratu Baru senantiasa berupaya mendukung kemajuan pendidikan melalui kerja sama dengan pihak sekolah, tenaga pendidik, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Dukungan tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk pembinaan, penyediaan sarana prasarana, serta program-program yang mendorong peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran.
Dengan adanya PAUD di Dusun I dan MI di Dusun II, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Negeri Ratu Baru dapat memperoleh akses pendidikan yang merata dan berkualitas. Pendidikan yang baik merupakan investasi jangka panjang untuk mewujudkan desa yang maju, mandiri, dan sejahtera.
