Petani Desa Negeri Ratu Baru, Kecamatan Bunga Mayang, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur, kembali melaksanakan kegiatan panen jagung dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Pada musim panen kali ini, harga jagung di tingkat petani mencapai Rp5.000 per kilogram, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat.
Kegiatan panen dilakukan secara bertahap di beberapa lahan pertanian milik warga. Hasil panen yang baik ini tidak terlepas dari kerja keras para petani, dukungan cuaca yang mendukung, serta pemanfaatan pupuk dan perawatan tanaman yang optimal.
Dengan harga jual yang mencapai Rp5.000 per kilogram, para petani merasa bersyukur karena nilai jual tersebut cukup membantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari serta mendukung biaya pendidikan dan usaha pertanian berikutnya.
Pemerintah Desa Negeri Ratu Baru terus mendorong sektor pertanian sebagai salah satu potensi unggulan desa. Diharapkan ke depan hasil pertanian semakin meningkat, kualitas jagung semakin baik, dan harga tetap stabil sehingga kesejahteraan petani dapat terus meningkat.
Kegiatan panen ini menjadi bukti bahwa sektor pertanian masih menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian masyarakat Desa Negeri Ratu Baru.
